AviSynth+ MT Installation
Install AviSynth+ MT and make the same settings as above

Copy the files from SVPFlow\lib-windows\avisynth\x64

Install LAV Filters and choose only the x64 binaries

Press F5 and go to Filter Control -> Source\Splitter and choose Filter Management

Finally when you start a video and press tab it should say FPS: X (59.9~60.1) -> 59.9~60.1
